Wrenchworthy Bicycle Shed is an autonomous space for women, non-binary and gender diverse people interested in bike maintenance and learning how to fix bikes.
We aim to be a positively pro-trans, pro-queer space. We endeavour that anyone who does not identify as a cisgender man will be made to feel welcome.
It is a space where people can learn, teach, share knowledge and skills about bicycle maintenance while being able to access tools that they might not have at home.

*3-5pm*
*DIY Rubber Craft!*
Bike shops and tyre shops are chucking out their used tyre tubes daily and will live the rest of eternity in a tip. We can stop this madness and collect the tubes and use them in all kinds of ways. We can make anything from jewellery, bags, back packs, wallets, drink bottle holders, farshun, tool holders, etc and is a great alternative to leather. Its really simple and fun to use. All you need is your imagination and you can make just about anything your heart desires!
Tools and materials will be provided but you are invited to bring any tools you may have such as hole punchers and scissors as well as any materials you would like to enhance your design

*3-5pm*
*Basic Mechanics! *
Learn basic DIY car servicing and what to check for safety in an all
inclusive environment. No prior knowledge needed. Keep that rust bucket on
the road!

Africaribbean is an invitation to travel through the music of the African diaspora in America, especially in the Caribbean (Antilles), Pacific coast of Colombia to Peru and the coast of Brazil in the Atlantic Ocean. The music of the diaspora is characterized by a deep vindication of the African roots in exile, caused mainly by the slavery and by one of the forced migrations and the history of the humanity that dates from century IX.

hordes hs

From death to death. From nil to naught. From chasm to the abyss. From exodus into darkness. Through the chambers of unlit to the twisted depths of flesh corruption, we urge all heathens and acts of heresy to come forth!

Making a pact of formlessness and nothingness, Hordes of the Black Cross (MELB) and Funeral Moon (ADEL) are now armed with a split album that will reign the beginning of a new darkenss in Australian black metal.

From the shadows of the Australian black metal underground come these two primal forces of unbinding fire. Arising from the same grimy DIY culture that froths a nihilistic worldview and a universal art/life practice, Hordes Of The Black Cross and Funeral Moon recognized the other as kindred spirits united to devastate a scene intent on imitation and insincerity. Yet neither forget the old gods and masters of black metal, as they forge their own path of twisted destruction.

Exclusive tracks & preorder of the album here:

FUNERAL MOON

To purge the inner blackness, a tour has been forged for March/April 2017 with live performances from some of the best underground bands in Australian black metal and punk.

Melbounre filthiest, harshest miscreants unite to begin this tour. Includes Debacle, Contaminated and Terror Nullius.
